We use Arduino products as a central driver for these efforts in order to develop and explore their current and future applications. Additional development and education is conducted through workshops, events, and lectures in local and international capacities.

Job Description

Arduino, the company behind the wildly popular open-source hardware platform, is looking for an experienced, full time, Java Developer for a temporary position (3+ months). We need someone with good skills in html5/javascript to work at our office in Malmö, Sweden.

Skills & Requirements

  • least 2+ Year of working in Java Development is a ust
  • perience with Html5 and Javascript
  • C and OOP knowledge is required for the full understanding of the tasks
  • lipse and debugger tools is a ust
  • t understanding is a must for us, we use the github workflow
  • od knowledge of English, both written and spoken, also Swedish and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
  • ailability to start at the beginning of APRIL is a ust


Additional Assets

  • perience with the JFX or similar graphic programming toolsets
  • derstanding of backend services in webapps
  • perience with UI development and having some understandings of interface design
  • Experience with SCRUM as a development process
  • mfortable with working in multidisciplinary teams, for example with Graphic Designers, and generally in a team-oriented environment
  • open mind and and ability to think outside the box, after all, we are Arduino
